An incredible place to have Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, surrounded by a fantastic nature like the waterffalls that characterizes this beautiful hotel and restaurant. The service is very personalized, the manager Juan Manuel was always attentive to details. The food is incredible with authentic recipes, extensive menu that invites you to want to try all the dishes and drinks. I could not miss the opportunity to try the "Chile en Nogada" (Chili in peacan sauce) a delight to the palate without a doubt,! I highly recommend it. The Breakfast was the most expected of my visit, the experience of being able to drink a delicious coffee or a hot chocolate with the sound of the waterfall while waiting for your dish, is something unparalleld. The staff was very friendly and always willing to give us recommendations. The presentation of the dishes is perfect with a great authentic touch due to the regional ingredients All the great expectations were exceeded, a restaurant worthy of being part of Mexico´s treasures.
